Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (the business or person using HotLine) and Quent Now, the maker of HotLine. By creating an account or using HotLine, you agree to them.
1. The service
HotLine collects leads from your connected channels, sends each one to an available caller on your team, passes leads on when they are not called in time, keeps notes and follow-ups, and can report lead results to your Meta Pixel. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract for your business.
- Keep logins private. You are responsible for everything done under your account and by the team members you add.
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
3. Your responsibilities for leads
- You own your lead data. You are responsible for having a lawful reason and any needed consent to collect, call and message your leads.
- Follow applicable laws, including the DPDP Act 2023, TRAI telemarketing rules (respect DND preferences), and Meta, WhatsApp and Google policies.
- Use only WhatsApp message templates that Meta has approved, and only message people who expect to hear from you.
- Do not upload data you have no right to use.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use HotLine to send spam, harass people, break the law, upload harmful code, try to access other customers' data, or overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Free trial, plans and payment
- New accounts get a free trial (currently 14 days). No payment is taken during the trial.
- After the trial, HotLine is a monthly subscription. Prices are shown on the pricing page and are exclusive of 18% GST, which is added at checkout.
- Payments are collected by Razorpay and renew automatically each month until you cancel.
- If a payment fails, the account keeps working for a 5-day grace period. After that, new leads are saved but no longer sent to callers until payment is made.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime from Plan & billing. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Third-party services
HotLine connects to services such as Meta (WhatsApp, lead forms, Conversions API), Razorpay, Supabase and Vercel. Their availability and rules are outside our control, and your use of them is also governed by their terms.
8. Availability
We work to keep HotLine running at all times but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, ideally outside business hours.
9. Your data when you leave
You can export your leads as a CSV file at any time. After an account is closed, we delete its data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
HotLine is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using HotLine at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or does not pay, after giving notice where reasonable.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Nashik, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. We will update the date above and tell customers about important changes. Continuing to use HotLine means you accept the updated terms.
